Listen to some of the biggest hits from Dean Lewis
Meet Dean Lewis
A self-taught guitarist, Dean Lewis grew up playing along to his favorite Oasis songs, eventually going on to write his own compositions. Over time, he slowly amassed a collection of original songs, although he would remain out of the public eye for quite some time. In 2016, he released his adult alternative debut single "Waves." The track became a massive hit in his homeland of Australia, earning a platinum certification within one year of its release. Lewis followed the single with the release of his "Need You Now" in early 2017, and in the spring of the year he dropped his debut EP, Same Kind of Different. Lewis' sound has been characterized as moody, adult alternative with elements of "evocative pop."
